What are some of the great things to do in Stuart?
The things I love about Stuart is although it still has the small town
feel you have everything just a short distance away from great shopping
to a full range of restaurants.
What are some of the great things about/to do in Sewalls Point?
Our neighborhood is great for families. Safe community, upscale but down to earth people. A+ rated schools and buses are escorted in and out of neighborhood daily by our police department. Less than 2 miles to beach and we can take our boat out and be in ocean in minutes, so close to the inlet.
What are some of your favorite nearby restaurants?
My favorite restaurants are within walking distance... Prawnbrokers, Benihana and Renatos. Also a short drive is the Dolphin Bar.

The grocery store is conveniently located a bridge away on the island, Publix or in the other direction a bridge away Fresh Market.

points about the property that you were drawn to?
When we bought the property we were drawn to Sewalls Point. We wanted to
be in this neighborhood and were lucky enough to find a Cul De Sac road
and a great yard for the kids. We were blessed that our neighbors
turned out to be wonderful as well.
Are there any great
schools or other things to mention?
A few things I can mention are we are in Martin County A+ rated school
district. Felix A Williams Elementary, Stuart Middle and Jensen Beach High
School.. best in the county.
Why should people
move to Sewalls Point in Stuart?
Sewalls Point is a perfect place to move for the overall satisfaction of
tranquil living. We are just a bike ride to the beach and Sewalls Point
has its own beach and playground for our families.
What did you do for your hobbies and interests near the property?
We all like different things, we enjoy that there are so many
opportunities for our children in this area. They play many sports and
have many options for them.
Anything else you can think of to attract a potential buyer?

We love to take a bike ride or walk around the neighborhood. We also
love to put our kayak in at the end of the road and go see the Manatees
and Dolphins around the islands.
