You've heard from your Martin County real estate
team. Now we'd like to share with you what the Seller loves about this
home.
The Seller Loves this special waterfront home
and wanted to share what it is like to live here and in Southwood...
What do you love about Stuart?
The things I love about Stuart are many. There are so many great
restaurants, you're never more than 10 minutes from the water, it's big
enough to find everything you want, but small enough to give you the
feeling of being out of the "big" city and speaking of everything you
want, everything is so convenient to get to. Stuart, including the
downtown area is loaded with wonderful small businesses too. It's just a
great place to live.
What do you love about your community, Southwood?
Our neighborhood is great for the entrance to the community to begin
with, lined with trees and a relaxing short drive before you even see
the first home. The community holds Christmas parties and get togethers
for other holidays. The Southwood community also holds organized
community-wide garage sales twice a year and it's a great time to pick
up extra cash for those unwanted items. All the homes are nice and the
properties are well kept and all my neighbors are just great people.
What are some of your favorite restaurants in the area?
My favorite restaurants around my home are Bonefish Grill, Anthony's
Pizza, Mario's, Galaxy Diner, Shrimpers, and King Neptune. There are so
many others, but that'll get you started on a great tummy satisfying
journey.
Where do you enjoy shopping for groceries?
Grocery stores I love to shop at are Publix which is very close, Fresh
Market and the various vegetable stands in the area with local fresh
produce. There are several great seafood markets nearby as well.
What are some of the key points that drew you to the area?
What are some of the key points that drew you to the area?
When we bought the property, we were drawn to the upscale cleanliness of
the community, the easy access to I-95, the style of our home and the
location on a preserve and a lake. A few things I can mention are the great schools in the district and the
Jensen Beach Mall nearby. I also like to fish and access to that is easy
in Stuart.
Why should someone move to this area?
The Stuart area is perfect for a more "laid back" lifestyle, great restaurants, access to beaches and fishing. Stuart also has a brand new water park not far from my home.
Are there any particular points you'd like to mention about your home to the Buyer?
We love to take walks on the beach once in a while, go to movies at one
of two major complexes and eat at the fabulous restaurants.
What are your interests and hobbies near your home?
Besides work and fishing there isn't much outside of that for me, but my
wife and I love sitting on our patio on a Sunday morning for a cup of
coffee because it's so quiet and the view is great. It's also a great
place for a glass of wine in the evening.
What are your average utility costs?
Our utility costs are better than we have experienced before moving
here. The last two months of our Florida Power and Light bill have been
far less than $100.00 per month. The Martin County Utilities bill which
is our water and sewer bill is reasonable by any standard.
